Awesome Websites requires that employees be free from the effects of alcohol while on duty.
Awesome Websites employees and contractors may be subject to random drug or alcohol testing.
Prohibited Conduct
All Awesome Websites staff who are performing safety sensitive functions must comply with the following:
1. No Awesome Websites Perth WA driver shall be on duty while having an alcohol concentration greater than 0.01.
2. No driver or Awesome Websites Perth WA employee shall perform safety sensitive functions within eight hours of drinking alcohol or taking prohibited drugs.
3. No driver or employee shall possess alcohol or bring alcohol onto Awesome Websites Perth WA workplace.
4. No driver or Awesome Websites Perth WA employee shall use alcohol while performing safety sensitive functions.
5. Awesome Websites Perth WA employees must at all times comply with relevant laws.
