Map Network Drive
Windows has a feature that allows you to map a drive letter to a network location.
[Start][My Computer][Tools][Map Network Drive]
When the Window comes up, choose a drive letter.
Choose the network UNC path of the folder.
If a connection to that drive requires authentication:
Press [Connect using a different user name]
Type in the user and password.
Press [OK]
press [Finish]
